In case you did not notice- home flipping is back, as investors and similar purchasers become the marginal buyer in the housing markets. As I have stated in the past, I think the housing market is in a bottoming process with an emphasis on process. The return of home flipping and the investor as the marginal buyer in the market is less-than-positive considering that the artificially low interest rate environment.
