I am still one to think housing has reached a bottom. However, driving into the office the morning I heard a radio spot that made me question the tenacity, durability, and sustainability of the bottoming process. I am not going to waste time looking for the radio spot online, but essentially the commercial stated that $1,000's could be made flipping homes and that hundreds of properties are available to flip right now.... so you better hurry while the getting is good.
