Market still looks to be in a downtrend with today's action a bounce off the 200 day ma.
My coal heavy IRA was down slightly on the continued negative sentiment of the coal stocks while my 401K should be up on the gains in the market and XAU.

Trading results for 6/5/2012
S&P- Up 0.57% to 1,285.5, Dow Jones Up 0.22% to 12,127 and NASDAQ gained 0.66% to 2,778. Gold and silver both gained while the XAU was up 0.46% to 165.4. Trading volume on the SPY was light with volume of only 150.9M shares.
