I should say so. I have been quiet on this subject but it does appear to be something is afoot in Japan. Despite the rhetoric surrounding the Bank of Japan's QE efforts, the Nikkei's actions are unsettling that thesis. There are numerous charting services that show the Nikkei and volume levels, but the below chart of the IShares MSCI Japan fund shows the same dynamics.
