Kudos to Barry Ritholtz at The Big Picture Blog for pointing this one out. Having gone through the "requisite" undergrad finance training and the CFA curriculum, the idea of directors have a fiduciary duty to boost shareholder value was beaten into me with a stick. This video is worth the 10 minutes.
