Far less names today versus yesterday's volume off high screen. Not too much to talk about as to any theme in today's screens. I also have two more interesting names that I am not including on this list that I will address shortly. Either way, here are the few names that hit the screen through yesterday's trading.
Alfa- Alphaclone Alternative Alpha ETF. This is a thinly traded fund tracking the Alphaclone long'short hedge fund. There is no news.
Cantel Medical- CMN. Shares were down despite beating estimates, as sales fell short of the Street's guess
First Trust Small Cap Growth AlphaDEX- FYC is a small thinly traded fund with only $10 million in assets. No news here either.
Ishares MSCI Global Gold Miners- RING. I toyed with not including this fund in the daily report. I however found the 10% crash and subsequent snap-back in the shares interesting. Sometimes these setups are bad ticks or an indication of an extremely thin traded market. On the other hand, there may also be informational value as to the directional indication that traders are thinking in these setups.
Watsco- WSO There does not appear to be any apparent news here, but something has to be up.
