First time in a few days that the list of new high volume highs lacked a dominance by earning released related names. At least a couple names, either directly or indirectly, benefited from acquisition related news. Additionally, USU, the only US uranium enrichment company, moved to new highs on the news that Japan looked to restart a number of nuclear reactors.
