Price/Volume Diffusion Index Continues to Decline

My Price/Volume Diffusion Index continues to decline, sitting at 50.8 demarcation level. The rise in the price level of the S&P 500 have increased in the last few trading sessions, albeit on much lower trading volume. This increase in value has led to an improvement in raw summation index I follow, but a the volume levels has led to a decline in the diffusion index. The latest results for each are show below.

Raw Summation Index

Holiday trading has, in my opinion, positively affected the summation index. However, the market is now trading into the June 20 downdraft on much lower volume comparisons, and one, two, three days of decline on higher volume could shift the diffusion index into a negative mode.
