- Bonddad believes that housing has bottomed and so do I. That said, I am unsure of durable on price rally will be. I think a disproportionate number of homeowners are just waiting for the right moment to sell . This is one reason any price rise may have a lid on it.

- Although, demographics does work in housings favor. Not said in this Soberlook piece, the echo boom is even larger than the Babyboomers.
